Furoshiki, or wrapping cloth. Furoshiki are square cloths resembling scarves. They are used to wrap and carry things.

Geta, or wooden clogs. Its is thought that the origin of geta can be traced to the wooden footgear worn in the fields during the prehistoric Yayoi period (200 B.C. to 300 A.C.). In the Edo period, geta of paulownia wood, which is both strong and light, became popular. Upper shows womens's geta.
